Bayer Pharma, Slovenia, and Vitiva, Slovenia, have signed an agreement for a broad technology collaboration. This joint venture will enable better utilization of the companies’ capabilities and reinforce their ongoing cooperation. It is based on exclusive isolation of esters from marigold flower. Bayer Pharma has registered a patent for a natural OTC product worldwide based on marigold flower extracts. Vitiva has made repeated investments in its manufacturing facility to meet Bayer Pharma’s strict standards and requirements for high quality products and on-time delivery.
